Large products can be cooked in our extensive oven - dimensions: 3.4m wide x 5.2m long x 2.15m high.
Smaller parts are cooked in the autoclave –1.3m x 2.0m long.

Polar Composites is the UK distributor for an innovative coating system, Basler Lacke. The coatings were designed specifically for Carbon or Kelvar, in combination with epoxy resin.
The coatings are applied by spraying and ensure the following benefits:
- Excellent adhesion on epoxy resins
- High filling power without loss of transparency
- Significant improvement in UV protection
- An intensified 3D effect
- Lead free
- Various finishes available – including glossy, satin and matt
